Holistic EoL Planning Workshop
Description
Using a combination of discussion in the full group and pairs, guided meditation, and real world examples, you will come away from this workshop with a holistic overview of how to prepare yourself - practically, emotionally, spiritually - to have the most ease and grace possible during your end-of-life phase. You will leave the workshop with practical ‘next steps’ you can take to: - complete medical-legal documents - tend to 'unresolved business,' and - create your own holistic end-of-life care plan.
