Whether you are looking for gentle touch to support your grieving process, relieve the stresses of caregiving, or decrease uncomfortable symptoms associated with a serious illness or you are looking for general treatment to help your mind and body relax I'm here for you. Techniques may include: - shiatsu acupressure - foot reflexology - manual lymph drainage - swedish massage - myofascial release ** Session times include a check-in before and after the hands on treatment, as well as home care suggestions, when you want them. At your first appointment (or in a phone call before your first appointment), we will review an informed consent form, so you can feel empowered as an equal partner in the care you receive.
