Using gentle techniques of foot reflexology, this treatment may help relax your whole body, improve your quality of sleep, and benefit your mental health. All people are welcome to book my foot reflexology sessions (not limited to palliative care). We will work with you in a comfortable reclining chair (that I bring, or one of yours). The session includes a check-in to determine your needs, and to ensure informed consent is maintained throughout the treatment. Self-care suggestions may be offered. I am a Registered Massage Therapist, and can direct bill to several extended health plans. Please note, if you are booking at Our Gathering Clinic (on Salt Spring Island), my regular clinic rates apply: 45 min - $100 + gst 60 min - $130 + gst
